This policy covers the website at expressplumberhighpoint.com and the phone line shown on it. The site has no contact forms, no accounts and no payment pages, so it collects far less than most websites.
In this policy, we means the operator of High Point Express Plumbing, an advertising and call-routing service. Calls are answered by independent local plumbing contractors.
Information We Handle
When you call, the phone system records the caller's phone number, the time and length of the call, and the number you dialed. We may use call-tracking software to measure which pages lead to calls. If calls are recorded or monitored, you will be told at the start of the call, as the law requires.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
Fonts, Maps And Other Services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and its pages include embedded Google Maps. When a page loads these, Google may receive your IP address and browser details, under its own privacy policy. The site does not use advertising cookies or social media pixels.
When you call, we share the call details with the contractor who answers so they can help you. We do not sell your personal information.
