Using This Site
By using expressplumberhighpoint.com or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated as an advertising and call-routing service for plumbing and related services in and around High Point, North Carolina. Our privacy policy describes how information is handled and forms part of these terms.
Who Does The Work
Calls are answered by independent local contractors who are not our employees or agents. Each contractor sets its own prices, schedule and warranty, and is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and work. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Estimates are free for non-emergency work, and emergency work is quoted before it begins. A quote is the contractor's offer, and any price or time you agree to is between you and the contractor.
Content Is Not Professional Advice
The pages on this site are general information. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, medical or safety advice, and they do not replace an on-site inspection. Codes, permits and utility rules vary by address and change over time, so confirm requirements with the right local office.
In a gas leak, fire, flooding that reaches electrical equipment, or any danger to life, leave the area and call 911 or the utility first. Do not use this site or the phone line as a replacement for emergency services.
Third-Party Services And Site Content
The site embeds Google Maps and loads Google Fonts. Those services are governed by their own terms. Website content, including text, layout and design, belongs to its operator and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or current. If you spot an error, email the address on the contact page.
Limits On Our Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, or for the acts or omissions of any independent contractor.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. We may change them at any time, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
